Using the workspace

Ember Auto Caption is operated by Ember Gaming LLC for invited team members. Use your own approved account and follow the owner's access instructions. Do not share access, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the app to obtain access to other Ember services.

Your source content

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content and to share saved descriptions and thumbnails with the invited team. Do not submit unlawful content, content that violates another person's rights, explicit sexual content, or sexualized content involving minors or uncertain ages.

Descriptions and text inside media are treated as source material. They cannot override the app's generation and content requirements.

Generation and review

The app produces English captions and hashtags with location-neutral wording. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review every caption against the actual media or description before copying or posting. Review the full video: sampled frames cannot represent every moment. Audio is analyzed only when enabled, and speech may be misheard. Music recognition is not provided.

You must complete the accuracy and sexual-content review before copying. A passed automated check does not replace human review. The app does not publish to social media or guarantee that output meets a platform's rules.

The shared log

Successful captions, source descriptions, media thumbnails when supplied, and requester names for new entries are available to all invited Auto Caption members. Use these records for team work and learning, and do not distribute another person's source content without authorization. See the privacy policy for data handling and requests.

Availability and access

The service depends on hosting, sign-in, and AI providers and may be unavailable or return an error. Generation may be withheld when checks fail. The owner may change or remove access, or limit use to protect the workspace and manage spending. Access removal does not automatically remove saved history.
