Email support@embergaming.studio with the subject “Ember Trends data request”. Ember Gaming LLC operates the tool and handles these requests manually.

Identify the affected Instagram username or your invited team account, describe your relationship to it, and tell us what you want reviewed. You can request removal of access, disconnection of an Instagram authorization, deletion of cached media or account information, or correction of an inaccurate record. Include specific original post links if your request concerns particular content.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, session cookies or Instagram verification codes. Support may ask for a way to verify that the request concerns an account or information you are entitled to manage.

Stop Instagram Authorization

You can withdraw Ember’s authorization using Instagram’s connected-app controls. This stops access under that authorization; it does not automatically erase earlier observations or shared planning records. For removal of the stored connection and its encrypted token, include an account-disconnection request in your message to support.

The optional browser playback helper has its own local recovery setting. Disabling automatic recovery stops future batches. Withdrawing a model’s official account authorization does not automatically disable that separate helper.

What A Request Can Cover

Tell us whether your request covers the account connection, stored post metadata and performance observations, private cached playback, saved wishlist references, storyboard plans, profile preferences or your tool invitation. Collected library and performance records are available according to team access rules. Wishlists and collections are private to your planning identity, which can include explicitly grouped sign-in accounts belonging to the same person. A storyboard can be shared with users its owner invites.

Deleting a cached copy does not delete the original post on Instagram. Removing a creator from the watchlist stops its active collection but does not by itself erase prior records. A video's 90-day playback expiry also leaves metadata and planning references unless they are separately removed.

Manual Review And Confirmation

Support reviews the request, verifies its scope when necessary and explains the action taken or any information that cannot be removed. We do not promise automatic or immediate erasure of every shared record. If you need a status update, reply to your request using the same support address.
